cup cottage cheese

can canned diced tomatoes

cup shredded cheddar
chicken breast

oz cream cheese
Instructions
Combine 2-3 chicken breasts, 1 cup blended cottage cheese, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 cup shredded cheddar, 4 oz cream cheese, and 2 tbsp taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Once cooked, shred the chicken, stir all ingredients together, and serve. Pro tip: To thicken, add a bit of corn starch or xanthan gum at the end.View original recipe
