What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

cup erythritol

tsp salt

cup unsalted peanuts
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except the peanuts in a non stick skillet over medium heat until the sweetener dissolves. 2. Add peanuts and stir for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove from stove and pour into a rimmed baking dish lined with parchment paper. 4. Spread peanuts evenly with a spoon. (Be careful itβs very hot). 5. Allow to cool for 1 hour. 6.
