Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Mix 1.75 cups almond flour with 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 cup sweetener, 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 2 eggs. 3. Fold in sugar-free white chocolate chips. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased and lined muffin tin. 5. Swirl in mashed raspberries. 6. Bake for 25 minutes. 7. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy.
