What you need

cup cottage cheese

cup no-calorie sweetener

cup almond flour

fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Strain 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and pat dry. 2. Mix the cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of almond flour and 1/4 cup of sweetener to make a dough. 3. Divide the dough into 6 parts. 4. Form each part around 2 raspberries, kneading and shaping into balls. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. 6. Air fry the donut holes for 8 minutes. 7. Drizzle with sugar-free white chocolate and enjoy!
