Salmon & Veggies with Alfredo Sauce and Bacon

A quick and easy keto-friendly meal featuring baked salmon coated in butter and spices, air-fried veggies in bacon grease, and microwaved Alfredo sauce, topped with crispy bacon.

What you need

tsp ground red pepper

cup alfredo sauce

tsp black pepper

tsp table salt

oz salmon

tbsp unsalted butter

slice bacon

tsp spice blend

cup vegetable mix
Instructions
Coat the salmon with 2 tablespoons of butter and season it with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Mrs Dash original blend, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Bake the seasoned salmon at 450F for 12-15 minutes on a foil-lined baking dish. While the salmon bakes, cook the bacon on the stove until crispy. After cooking the bacon, coat the mixed California veggies in the bacon grease and put them in the air fryer for a few minutes at 400F until tender-crisp. Just before serving, microwave the Alfredo sauce until warm. Pour the warmed Alfredo sauce on top of the cooked veggies and serve alongside the salmon and crispy bacon.View original recipe
