Say “YUM” if you would eat these Skillet Nachos 🤤 To make it just season & cook 1 lb ground beef. Drain the grease and put it back in the pan with a can of rotel tomatoes, splash of water, taco seasoning & 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese. Cover & let it boil for 2-3 mins. Pour it over your pork rinds & enjoy! Pro tip: Don’t eat these as nachos to avoid the pork rinds getting soggy, just dip them into the skillet 👍

Instructions
Season and cook 1 lb ground beef. Drain the grease. Return the cooked ground beef to the pan. Add a can of Rotel tomatoes, a splash of water, taco seasoning, and 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese.
