cup plain greek yogurt

cup bbq sauce

Instructions
First, prepare the sauce: Whisk together 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayo) with 1/4 cup sugar free BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp mustard & 1 tbsp honey until well combined. Next, combine the prepared sauce, 2-3 large chicken breasts, and seasonings of your choice in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Once cooked, shred the chicken.
