Snickerdoodle Mug Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This snickerdoodle mug cake with cream cheese frosting is one of my favorite recipes EVER.

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp vanilla frosting

tbsp butter

tbsp swerve sweetener

tbsp almond flour

egg

tbsp cream cheese

tbsp no-calorie sweetener

tsp ground cinnamon
tbsp sweet cream butter
Instructions
For the mug cake: 1. Melt butter in mug. 2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients (almond flour, large egg, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon) and microwave for 90 seconds or until firm. For the cream cheese frosting: 1. Mix and melt 1/2 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp cream cheese. 2. Add 1 to 2 tbsp swerve and 1/4 tsp vanilla. 3. Chill the frosting in the fridge for 30 minutes, then enjoy with your mug cake!View original recipe
