Super Easy and Delicious Shrimp & Sausage Skillet

What you need

shrimp

tbsp onion powder

tsp cayenne pepper

head cauliflower rice

tsp garlic powder

smoked sausage

tsp salt

pepper

butter

tsp paprika

bunch pepper and onion mix
Instructions
1. Slice up your sausage & brown it in a pan with peppers & onions. Set aside. 2. Season and cook your shrimp in oil for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Set aside. 3. Cook your cauliflower rice according to the bag, then add to a pan with some butter and mix everything together. Notes: I seasoned my shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika & cayenne pepper. The cauliflower rice I used was “Mexican cauliflower rice” from Trader Joe’s but the “Spanish style” cauliflower rice from Walmart is great for this recipe as well.View original recipe
