What you need
oz mozzarella
tbsp dried italian seasoning

oz parmesan
chicken breast

cup marinara sauce

fl oz egg
Instructions
1. Flatten 2 chicken breasts as thinly as possible. Trim the edges to give each piece a matching shape. 2. Coat the chicken in egg wash and a mix of grated Parmesan and Italian seasonings. 3. Air fry at 400F for 10-12 minutes. 4. Take the chicken out, add mozzarella, pepperoni & marinara in the middle to form a sandwich. 5. When the sandwich is assembled, throw it in a pan like a grilled cheese to get it extra melty in the middle and crispy on the outside.View original recipe
