1. Whisk the egg in a bowl. 2. In another bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds and grated parmesan. 3. Pat the olives dry. 4. Coat each olive first in the whisked egg wash, then dredge thoroughly in the pork rind and parmesan mix. 5. Air fry the coated olives at 400°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 6.
