It’s 20% off right now ❤️ What you need: 12 oz low carb pasta, boiled 1 chicken breast, cubed 2 tbsp oil or butter 2 tsp garlic, minced 1/2 cup broth 3/4 cup heavy cream (or milk) 1 cup shredded cheddar 1 packet ranch seasoning 12 oz broccoli, steamed For the seasonings I used 1 tsp of each: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasonings, onion powder & red pepper flakes. How to make it: 1. Toss your chicken in the oil & seasonings. Fry over medium heat for a few mins on each side (until 165F inside). 2. Take it out of the pan and add your garlic, broth, cream and ranch seasoning. Whisk until combined. 3. Reduce the heat to low & stir in your cheddar until a sauce forms. Then add your broccoli, chicken, pasta and mix together. Enjoy! Pro tip: One way to make this lower in calories and higher in protein is to blend your cheddar with 1 cup of cottage cheese & skip the heavy cream 👍
