Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. In a bowl, melt 1/3 cup of butter. Combine the melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, whisked egg, and heavy cream. 3. Fold your cheddar cheese into the mix. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Take each portion and roll it around a halved hot dog, then place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 4. Bake for 17-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes. 5. While cooling, prepare the melted butter mix: Stir together 3 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp salt. 6.
