Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine frozen shrimp, smoked sausage, assorted vegetables, oil, and all seasonings. 3. Toss the mixture thoroughly to ensure even coating of oil and seasonings. 4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket. 5. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. 6. In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with sriracha to create the spicy mayo sauce. 7.
