What you need

tbsp cream cheese

tbsp baking powder

tsp garlic powder

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp onion powder

cup almond flour
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. Add mozzarella and cream cheese into a bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Mix together and set aside. 3. In another bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and onion powder, mix well and then add it to mozzarella / cream cheese mix along with one of the eggs. 4. Roll dough as thinly as possible into 6 long pieces and shape into pretzels on parchment paper. 5. Whisk the other egg and use it to coat the pretzels, then salt and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown!View original recipe
