The Ellas Flats are a keto friendly option for a light & crunchy snack. This recipe combines allulose, butter, vanilla extract, and salt, cooked briefly on the stove and then cooled to create a delicious treat.

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except the flats in a non stick skillet over medium heat until the sweetener dissolves. 2. Add Flats and stir for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove from stove and pour into a rimmed baking sheet / Pan lined with parchment paper. Spread peanuts evenly with a spoon. (Be careful it’s very hot) 4. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
