Beef and Broccoli Recipe

A delicious and easy recipe for beef and broccoli, using sirloin, fresh broccoli, and a low-carb soy sauce-based sauce. Cauliflower rice is an optional addition.

What you need

lb sirloin

cup soy sauce

cup beef stock

cup cauliflower rice

cup butter

cup broccoli
Instructions
1. In a pan with 1 tbsp butter, cook the steak pieces on medium heat to your preference and stir frequently. 2. Remove steak from the pan, add broccoli with 2 tbsp butter and stir. Then add the beef stock and let simmer. After about 5 minutes you can add the cauliflower rice and the rest of the butter. Let simmer 5 more minutes or until broccoli is tender. 3. While waiting for the broccoli, mix soy sauce with your sweetener in a sauce pan over medium low heat for about 5 minutes. 4. Add the steak to the broccoli and cauliflower rice, then pour the sauce in, and mix. Let simmer for a few more minutes and then it's ready to serve!View original recipe
