Healthy Reese’s Muffins

cup creamy peanut butter

cup no-calorie sweetener

tsp baking powder

cup almond flour

banana
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients for the muffin batter and pour into a greased and lined muffin tin, leaving some room for the peanut butter filling. 2. In a separate bowl, mix your peanut butter and powdered sweetener to create the filling. Dollop a little bit of this filling into the center of each muffin. 3. Spread a little more of your muffin mix around the edges of each muffin to help seal in the peanut butter filling. 4. Bake the muffins at 375F (190C) for 25 minutes. Once baked, take them out, let them cool completely, and then enjoy!View original recipe
