Instructions
1. Heat up your waffle maker and preheat your oven to 400F. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, shredded cheddar, and seasonings of your choice (reserve pepperonis for later). Spray the waffle maker with non-stick oil. 2. Add the chaffle mix to the hot waffle maker, then top with pepperonis. Close the waffle maker and cook until the chaffle is done and golden brown. 3. Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and place it on a baking sheet. Add your desired pizza toppings. 4.
