What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tbsp italian seasoning

cup parmesan cheese

lb ground chicken

tsp baking powder
egg
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 370F. 2. Cook your chicken with salt, pepper & oil in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. 3. Let cool, then blend with your remaining ingredients until smooth. 4.
