What you need
fl oz oil

tsp salt

tbsp soy sauce

tomato

lb beef top sirloin steak
tbsp garlic paste

red onion

tbsp white vinegar

Instructions
1. Marinate steak in 1 tbsp oil, garlic, salt & pepper. 2. Add to your pan on medium heat with 2 tbsp oil & cook for 2 minutes on each side. 3. Add your onions & stir until they soften. 4. Add the tomato, soy sauce & vinegar. 5. Stir for 1-2 minutes or until tomatoes soften (not too soft!) 6. Remove from heat, toss in fries, & serve.View original recipe
