What you need

tbsp coconut flour

tbsp cream cheese

tbsp butter
egg

tbsp water

tbsp almond flour

oz pork sausage

tsp baking powder

tbsp shredded cheddar

cup heavy cream

seasoning mix
Instructions
For the Gravy: 1. Cook 8oz pork sausage on the stove until it browns. 2. Lower the heat and add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 3 tbsp cream cheese. 3. After 1-2 minutes, switch to simmer and add 1/2 tsp Xantham gum and 1 tbsp water. 4. Stir until the gravy thickens to your desired preference. Remove from stove and let cool slightly. For the Biscuits (makes 4): 1. In a mug, melt 4 tbsp butter. 2. Mix in 8 tbsp coconut flour (or 28 tbsp almond flour), 2 tsp baking powder, 4 eggs, 8 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese, and your preferred seasonings. 3.
