Keto Chicken Fries

My friend told me these chicken fries looked like Little Caesar’s breadsticks and now I can’t unsee it 😂 but anyway here’s the recipe for them! I dipped them in nacho cheese 😋

What you need

oz chicken breast tenderloins
egg

cup coconut flour

cup almond flour

tsp seasoning mix
Instructions
Cut each tenderloin into fry sized pieces, dip in egg, mix together flour & seasonings, coat each chicken fry with flour. Melt butter in bowl and dip each chicken fry in the butter before adding to air fryer. Air fry at 390F for 6-8 minutes (internal temp of 165F). You can also deep fry them, or bake at 375F for 20 minutes flipping halfway through.View original recipe
