tbsp mustard

slice process american cheese

oz ground beef
yellow pepper
Instructions
Season your beef with salt & pepper. Shape into patties and fry on medium high for 2 minutes. Spread your mustard on each patty and flip. Top with cheese and cover for 1 minute.
