What you need

cup chicken broth

tsp ginger

tbsp soy sauce
egg

tsp orange extract

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp ground red pepper

tbsp bbq sauce

oz skinless boneless chicken breast

tsp xanthan gum

oz pork rinds

box ready-to-serve Asian fried rice
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, coat in egg, pork rinds, & air fry at 400F for 10 mins. 2. Blend remaining ingredients for the sauce and cook over medium low for 3-4 mins. Pour over chicken. 3. Serve on the Palmini Fried Rice & enjoy!View original recipe
