Instructions
Mug Cake: Melt butter in a mug, then mix in the rest of the mug cake ingredients. Microwave for 90 seconds. Icing: Melt butter with erythritol on low heat in the microwave or on the stove. Mix in cream cheese, then melt again or let sit at room temperature until it can be mixed easily.
