Teriyaki Chicken with Broccoli & Cauliflower Rice!! Let me know your favorite thing to get at chinese restaraunts in the comments!! I will try to ketofy some of your ideas. Mine fav is easily crab Rangoon but until I find a keto sweet and sour sauce that tastes identical to regular sweet and sour, I’m not even gonna bother with that one cuz it wouldn’t be the same.

What you need

oz boneless chicken thighs

cup cauliflower rice

seasoning mix

tbsp unsalted butter

cup broccoli
Instructions
1. Coat broccoli in half of the butter, add to air fryer at 340F until tender (approx. 10 mins). 2. While the broccoli is cooking, cut your chicken thighs into small pieces and season well, then mix with half of the teriyaki sauce. 3. Take broccoli out of the air fryer, set aside. Cook chicken in the air fryer at 380F until internal temp reaches 165F (approx. 10 mins). 4. While the chicken is cooking, microwave the cauliflower rice and then pan fry it in the rest of the butter. Add the broccoli to the pan and lower the heat towards the end. 5. Once the chicken is finished, combine everything, top with the rest of your teriyaki sauce and enjoy! (Optional: You can also pan fry everything instead of air frying it. Cook on medium high heat until veggies are tender and meat is 165F.)View original recipe
