What you need
tbsp dried italian seasoning

slice pepperoni

cup parmesan cheese
egg
chicken breast
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. 2. Toss with egg and a mix of the Parmesan and seasonings. 3. Stick on skewers and bake @ 400F for 20-25 minutes. 4. Take them out, top with mozzarella & pepperoni. 5. Place back in on broil until the cheese melts and enjoy!View original recipe
