To make the buffalo chicken dip: 1. Combine drained canned chicken with cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. 2. Stir well. Add sour cream and hot sauce, then microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until heated through and creamy. 3. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and diced jalapeños until combined. To make the 'taco thing': 1. Put about 0.5 cup of shredded cheese in a skillet over medium heat until the edges start to brown and it forms a crispy shell. Then take it off the skillet. 2. Add a generous spoonful of the prepared buffalo chicken dip onto the cheese crisp. 3. Add a hot dog and sliced avocado. 4. Fold the cheese crisp over with a spatula to create a 'taco' shape.
