Shrimp Alfredo with Zoodles 😋 Ingredients: 10 extra large shrimp 1 zucchini 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce 3 tbsp butter Seasonings of your preference To make the zoodles I used a hand held spiralizer, salted them heavily, and fried in 1.5 tbsp butter on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. For the shrimp I just thawed them and fried in 1.5 tbsp butter with like 1 tsp lemon pepper and 1 tsp salt on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
