What you need

tbsp mozzarella cheese

cup fresh spinach

tbsp tomato

oz ground chicken

oz cream cheese

egg
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. Mix your cream cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes and spinach. Set aside. 3. Flatten out your ground chicken into a thin circle between greased parchment paper and cling wrap. Take off the cling wrap, add your filling and fold over using the parchment paper. 4. Brush with egg wash & coat with Parmesan. 5. Flip onto another piece of parchment paper, add more egg wash and Parmesan. 6. Bake for 20 mins & enjoy!View original recipe
