What you need
chicken breast

cup parmesan cheese

cup mozzarella cheese
pinch dried italian seasoning
egg
Instructions
1. Blend your chicken, egg, Parmesan & seasonings. 2. On a sheet of parchment paper, flatten into a thin circle. Add your mozzarella, pepperoni and any other fillings you like. 3. Fold it over using the parchment paper, peel the paper back, press the edges with a fork and air fry at 400F for 10-15 mins. 4. Take it out, serve with marinara and enjoy!
