Keto-Friendly Palmini Lasagna

A delicious and keto-friendly lasagna recipe featuring Palmini noodles, ground beef, marinara, and a blend of cheeses. Perfect for a low-carb Italian dinner.

What you need

tsp salt & pepper
tbsp dried italian seasoning

cup shredded mozzarella

cup ricotta cheese

lb ground beef
egg

cup marinara sauce

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Rinse & drain palmini noodles & set aside. 2. Cook ground beef & seasonings in pan. 3. When finished, add marinara and switch heat to simmer until warm. 4. Mix ricotta with 1/4 cup of mozzarella, all of the Parmesan, 1 egg & seasonings in a bowl. Set aside. 5. In non stick or parchment lined baking dish, add a layer of meat sauce, palmini, ricotta & mozzarella in that order. 6. Repeat step 5. 7. On top of the mozzarella add a final layer of palmini, meat sauce, mozzarella & seasonings. 8. Bake covered for 25 mins. 9. Remove cover and put back in until the cheese starts to turn golden brown on the edges (about 5 mins). 10. Slice into 6 squares & enjoy!View original recipe
