What you need

lb ground beef

tsp seasoning mix

cup shredded cheese

oz fresh spinach
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). 2. Cook ground beef on the stove over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease. 3. Add spinach to the leftover grease (or a clean pan if you drained it all) and cook until wilted. 4. Combine the cooked ground beef and spinach. Season with your preferred seasoning (e.g., salt, pepper, garlic powder). 5. Slice mini bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Fill each pepper half with the beef and spinach mixture. 6. Top the filled peppers with shredded cheese. 7. Place the loaded mini peppers on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the peppers are slightly softened.View original recipe
