What you need

pepper

tsp salt

turkey

oz salami

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp red wine vinegar

fl oz banana pepper

cup iceberg lettuce

cup red onion

tbsp mayonnaise

oz cheese

clove garlic clove
Instructions
First, prepare the Grinder Salad: In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced red onion, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup banana peppers, 1 clove minced garlic. Add banana pepper juice (optional), oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well. For the wrap: Create a rectangle of your preferred cheese (any type except American) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes until it starts to harden into a wrap. Once cooled, add Turkey, salami, and your prepared Grinder Salad mix. Roll it up and enjoy.View original recipe
