What you need

oz cheddar cheese

lb ground beef

tsp salt

tsp green bell pepper

yellow onion
cup diced tomatoes with green chiles

tsp paprika

tsp garlic clove

cup beef broth

tsp chili powder

tsp olive oil

tsp pepper

cup tomato sauce

tsp ground cumin

tsp oregano

cup tomato paste

Instructions
1. In a medium pan heat olive oil over medium high heat, add chopped onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. Add ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon, cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add meat mixture to crockpot and add all of the remaining ingredients. 4.
