Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers

What you need

bunch fresh basil

tbsp italian seasoning

tbsp olive oil
oz fresh tomatoes

cup shredded mozzarella

lb ground beef

bell pepper

yellow onion

cup cauliflower rice

clove garlic clove

cup ricotta cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Cook onion & garlic on medium high heat until fragrant and onions become translucent. 3. Add ground beef, add seasonings and cook until meat is browned. 4. Lower heat to medium and add your cauliflower rice, tomatoes, & 1 cup mozzarella. 5. Fold together until cheese melts & set aside. 6. Take a bell pepper half and add a dallop of ricotta and fill with meat mixture. Repeat with remaining halves. 7. Top with the rest of remaining mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle some Italian seasonings & fresh basil. 8. Bake for 15 minutes. 9. Take out & enjoy!View original recipe
