oz cottage cheese

tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients except the cinnamon swirl components (butter, cinnamon, brown sweetener). Pour the blended mixture into two greased ramekins. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, cinnamon, and brown sweetener to create the cinnamon swirl. Pour this mixture in a circle on top of each cheesecake in the ramekins. 3.
