1. Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and beat on high with a hand mixer until it starts to thicken. 2. Add your cream cheese and powdered sweetener, continue beating. 3. When stiff, add 0.5 tbsp lemon juice & beat until firm. 4. Mix your strawberries with the rest of your lemon juice & granular sweetener, mash together. 5. In 4 jars add 1 tbsp strawberry mixture & 2 tbsp cream mixture to each. 6. Drizzle the remaining strawberry mixture on top.View original recipe
