cup almond flour

dash liquid stevia

chicken breast tenderloins

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp garlic powder

fl oz frying oil

tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
For the chicken nuggets: 1. Cut each chicken breast tenderloin into 3 chicken nugget size pieces. Season the chicken pieces with your preferred seasonings. 2. Dip each seasoned chicken piece in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly on all sides with almond flour. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan fry each side of the nuggets for 3-4 minutes. 4. Increase the heat to medium-high and continue frying each side for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. For the keto honey mustard: 1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon of Dijon mustard (if using). 2. Add 2 drops of liquid stevia and 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder. 3.
