Keto pizza rolls!! Iโve literally been making these every night for the past week lol ๐ What has your go to meal been lately?

What you need

fl oz marinara sauce

tsp oregano

tsp table salt

tbsp coconut oil

cup shredded mozzarella
wrap

pepperoni
Instructions
Melt half of the butter and coat the outside of the wrap with it + the seasonings. Add the mozzarella and pepperonis to the inside of the wrap. I usually do 1 layer with half of the mozzarella, add the pepperonis, then add the rest of the mozzarella. Fold in half like a flatbread. Fry on medium high heat in the rest of the butter for like 2-3 minutes on each side or until it browns to your preference. Cut into 8-12 bite sized pieces with pizza cutter and enjoy!! Notes: itโs super important that you salt and season the outside of the wrap, this gives it a lot of flavor!! I used like 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and a few dashes of red pepper.View original recipe
