What you need

cup egg white powder

cup no-calorie sweetener

cup water

cup white chocolate
lemon

cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Set aside a few of your raspberries and mash them. Then mix the egg whites with water and beat using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. *About 5 mins* 2. Stir in your raspberries, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and sweetener. Pour it in a greased, parchment lined loaf pan & top with your mashed raspberries. 3. Bake it at 350F° for 35 minutes. Let it cool completely, top with your melted white chocolate, slice it and enjoy!
