What you need

cup butter

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

tbsp erythritol
cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
1. Let butter soften but not melt. I microwaved on defrost setting for 20 seconds, you could also leave it out at room temperature until it softens. 2. Beat butter until fluffy then mix in the rest of the ingredients. (Make sure the butter isnβt warm or the chocolate chips might melt). 3. Put in fridge for 20 minutes. Roll into 12 balls.View original recipe
