What you need

lb ground beef

tbsp parmesan cheese

cup ricotta cheese
egg

cup marinara sauce

low-carb tortilla
Instructions
Mix 1/4 cup of ricotta with half an egg and a few tbsp of Parmesan. Spread this mixture on a low carb tortilla. Top the tortilla with a mixture of cooked ground beef and marinara. Add mozzarella cheese. Roll the tortilla up. Top the rolled wrap with more of the ricotta mix and additional mozzarella cheese. Air fry at 400F for 8 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
