Delicious keto-friendly blueberry fat bombs, perfect for a low-carb snack. Made with blueberries, coconut oil, cream cheese, and a touch of stevia and vanilla.

What you need

fl oz liquid stevia

tsp vanilla extract

tsp lemon juice

oz cream cheese

tsp banana leaves
cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. Add blueberries to a non-stick saucepan for 10-15 minutes on medium-low heat. 2. Switch heat to low and add the cream cheese and coconut oil for 3-5 minutes, mixing frequently. 3. Remove from stove and mix in the rest of the ingredients (liquid stevia, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and optional banana extract) until the texture becomes consistent. 4. Add the mixture to 4 non-stick silicone muffin liners. You can also use regular paper liners or an ice tray, just make sure they’re completely coated with a non-stick oil. 5. Freeze until solid. 6. Before eating, place them in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. 7. Store in the freezer in a zip lock bag.View original recipe
