tsp cinnamon
egg

cup egg white powder

cup water

cup full-fat cottage cheese
Instructions
First, prepare the low-carb bread: Mix 1 cup egg white powder and 1 cup water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1 cup blended whole milk cottage cheese and add to a parchment-lined loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool completely. Once the bread is cool, slice it into bite-sized pieces. In a separate bowl, whisk one egg and mix it with 3 tablespoons of cream, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Toss the bread pieces in the egg mixture until they are well coated. Air fry the coated bread pieces at 400F for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the air fryer, serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!View original recipe
