Instructions
1. Cook the entire kabocha squash in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. 2. Carefully slice the squash in half, remove the insides (seeds and stringy bits), then slice it into potato wedge-sized pieces. 3. Coat the squash pieces in oil, season them with your choice of seasonings, and air fry for 10 minutes at 380°F. Alternatively, you can deep fry them or bake at 425°F until tender.
