Salmon Cucumber Boats with Sticky Cauli Rice

fl oz oil

fl oz sriracha

fl oz soy sauce

fl oz mayo

cauliflower rice

oz chili seasoning mix

cucumber

oz cream cheese
Instructions
1. Toss bite-sized pieces of salmon with oil and chili lime seasoning. Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes. 2. Microwave a bag of cauli rice, squeeze it dry, and mix with 1 oz cream cheese. 3. Mix mayo with sriracha to taste (add more sriracha for more heat). 4. Hollow out a cucumber and add the cauli rice mixture, followed by salmon bites, spicy mayo, and a drizzle of soy sauce.View original recipe
