Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. Lay your bacon on a parchment lined sheet, slightly overlapping. 3. Top with grated Parmesan. 4. Bake for 7-10 mins, take it out, add your fillings immediately, roll it up and enjoy! Tips: For your fully cooked bacon, DO NOT use crispy bacon. You want the bacon to be as soft and chewy as possible, because it will crisp up when you bake it. Make sure to add your fillings and roll it up quickly, as the Parmesan will harden the longer it sits out.View original recipe
