What you need

oz smoked salmon

oz sesame seed

fl oz mayo

can tuna

box cauliflower rice

cup shredded cheddar

tbsp cream cheese

slice avocado

Instructions
For the crust: 1. Mix the can of tuna, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and 1 egg together until well combined. 2. Shape the mixture into a flat crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 450F (230C) for 10 minutes. For the cauliflower sticky rice: 1. Heat a bag of cauliflower rice and squeeze out any excess moisture. 2. Mix 1/2 cup of the prepared cauliflower rice with 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese. To assemble the sushi pizza: 1. Once the crust is baked, take it out of the oven. 2. Spread the cauliflower sticky rice mixture evenly over the crust. 3. Add your favorite sushi toppings, such as smoked salmon, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, diced cucumber, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds. 4. Enjoy immediately!View original recipe
